These self-issued certificates were issued on November 17, 2015. Self-issued certificates are CA certificates in which the issuer and subject are the same entity. Self-issued certificates are generated to construct trust path for changes in policy or re-key. For promotion of Adobe PDF signing, after Policy Management Committee on September 23, 2016 approved the amendment of ePKI CP version 1.4, ePKI will add 1.3.6.1.4.1.23459.100.9 CP OID. On October 4, 2016 eCA signed two new self-issued certificates. We suggest replying party to use new self-issued certificates.
These self-issued certificates were superseded and revoked on March 11, 2021. So we delete below links for downloading. |
